Stoves in wooden buildings, summerhouses and log cabins
Wood burning stoves are increasingly used in wooden buildings, as they offer a zero rated carbon neutral option for heating that is sustainable. It is widely accepted that during their growth, trees absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere equal to the quantity released during combustion.
Wooden buildings, log cabins summer houses and out houses are increasingly become a common sight in and around London for use as an work from home office, bedroom, living space for elderly parents to name a few uses. These are often hard to keep warm and are best heated with an eco friendly
wood burning stove or
multi fuel stove.
We can complete a
site survey to see the wooden building you would like to keep warm in our cold winter months. We look after the whole project from supplying the stove and insulated twin wall system at competitive rates, to measuring for the bespoke hearth to be made.
Because we are
HETAS registered, you can rest assured we will install the
lining system to comply with Section J of Building Regulations. Our systems have a small clearance to combustible rating which is why they can be used in wooden buildings, summer houses and log cabins.
After installing the
stove for you, we can continue to supply you with
kiln dried wood, kindling or smokeless fuel in any volume to make sure you don’t run out during peak periods over the winter.
