Do you offer site surveys?
Before we complete a site survey, we ask you to go to the book a survey page and input the measurements of your chimney breast and to explain what you need us to do for you. On the same page you can use our up-load image facility to send pictures direct to us. We need to see where the stove or fireplace will go and one of the roof, so that we can see the condition of the chimney pots or flat roof. We also ask for an image from the front or rear of the property to work the height of the flue system and age of the property for our lining quote, to allow us to advise. We will either call or email back with questions. We aim to estimate over the phone before completing surveys. If you prefer to speak to us, you can of course call us on 020 8942 8881.
