4 – Piece Hearths
Our 4 section hearths are suitable for solid fuel. Building
Regulations states they must be 50mm high above floor level and a minimum of 3 sections. Our 4–section hearths exceed the minimal requirement. For an open fire you will need to pick one of the hearths that are 46cm deep.
If you have a stove (closed appliance) that heats the hearth temperature to exceed 100 degrees centigrade, then you can use a 38cm deep, 4-section hearth. Building Regulations state that a closed appliance needs to have a minimal distance of 225mm in front of the appliance.
The risers are boxed and lipped.
We can deliver our standard hearths anywhere in the UK.
Our Black Granite hearths offer great value as we have them made in larger volumes.
