DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dunsley Heat will process your order within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the delivery date as the courier does not provide this information – this would be a further 1-3 days. If you are not at home to take delivery, you are advised to ask a friend/neighbour to take receipt for you. Should the courier need to return on another day, this will incur a further delivery charge. However, if you would like the stove to be delivered on a specific day, then Dunsley Heat requires a further £20 plus VAT to arrange for this. If you would like a specific date please e-mail or telephone our office (020 8942 8881) and we will include the additional information on the order.
The Highlander Enviro-burn 5 is a free standing stove approved to burn wood logs in smoke controlled areas. Constructed from 4 and 10mm steel and cast iron, the stove incorporates both a top and rear flue outlet. The Highlander Enviro-burn 5 has only one door to open for re-fuelling and removing ashes. This also means that the safety precaution to prevent over-firing is automatically provided for.
HOW IT WORKS
Enviro-burn 5 has two combustion controls. The most ideal setting will quickly be found moving the slide slowly to find the most suitable position. Using the correct rate of burning, an efficiency of up to 78.9% burning wood logs can be achieved.
