DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dunsley Heat will process your order within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the delivery date as the courier does not provide this information – this would be a further 1-3 days. If you are not at home to take delivery, you are advised to ask a friend/neighbour to take receipt for you. Should the courier need to return on another day, this will incur a further delivery charge. However, if you would like the stove to be delivered on a specific day, then Dunsley Heat requires a further £20 plus VAT to arrange for this. If you would like a specific date please e-mail or telephone our office (020 8942 8881) and we will include the additional information on the order.
The Highlander 3 model has been designed to give you cleaner burn and superb efficiency. The air wash and primary air controls are designed to be precisely controlled, to allow maximum efficiency to be obtained.
The stove is fitted as standard with a superb shaker grate. This enables logs or any other solid fuel to be burnt at maximum efficiency and is very easy and clean to operate.
The super air wash system has been designed to keep the glass clean to give full view of the superb flame pattern, created as the flames rises to meet the incoming air, thus causing secondary combustion to take place.

The Highlander-3 has been designed with one door to open for re-fuelling and ash removal. This means no safety precautions are necessary to prevent over firing of fuel, when removing ash from below the grate.
The Highlander-3 is available with matching canopy, on request. This can be removed or replaced at any time. There is also an Interchangeable top or rear flue outlets fitted as standard, to take 125mm flue pipe.
A non-shaker grate model is also available, with the same design advantages, but without the shaker mechanism. You will of course have to de-ash as required with the hooked poker provided.
A stainless steel boiler is also available for domestic hot water. This takes the place of the rear firebrick and can be installed at the same time as the stove or later if require. Please contact us for prices.
