DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dunsley Heat will process your order within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the delivery date as the courier does not provide this information – this would be a further 1-3 days. If you are not at home to take delivery, you are advised to ask a friend/neighbour to take receipt for you. Should the courier need to return on another day, this will incur a further delivery charge. However, if you would like the stove to be delivered on a specific day, then Dunsley Heat requires a further £20 plus VAT to arrange for this. If you would like a specific date please e-mail or telephone our office (020 8942 8881) and we will include the additional information on the order.

The Highlander-5 has been developed to increase the choice of the householder, using the same superb burning technologies as the Highlander-7, but providing you with a slightly smaller model.
The overall size is smaller; this has enabled the design of the door to be altered, so that on the Highlander-5 there is only one door to open for re-fuelling and removing ashes. This also means that the safety precaution to prevent over-firing is automatically provided for.
The Highlander-5 has two combustion controls exactly as the Highlander-7 to control the burning rate, with efficiency up to 70%.
The Highlander range can be used in smoke controlled areas when burning authorised smokeless fuels.
