Visit our “book a survey page” to use our a survey form to give us the measurements of your opening and we can advise before we arrive. You can also upload images to us of where you would like the installation and your chimney from the front of your property, to enable us to see the access to the roof and calculate the height of the flue.
Before your fireplace is installed, you need to have your chimney swept by a NACS approved chimney sweep. They will check, sweep and test the chimney to make sure it is safe to use. If the chimney fails, we are a chimney-lining specialist and can help resolve all your chimney lining requirements.
We can make our stone surrounds to any size and make hearths to order if you need to have a specific size, please use the made to measure button on each of the hearths to send us your details.
Solid fuel fires require a vent to be installed to comply with building regulations.
Gas fires over 7kW need a vent to be installed, this is why most of the gas fires are under 7kW avoid the need for installing one.
Stoves under 5kW do not need a vent to be installed.
